Heracles Investment has successfully raised approximately US$25 million for a Chinese wind energy company and take the company public on TSX-V.

Mr. Walter Huang, along with the Company's management and Robert Fotheringham, Senior Vice President, TMX Group opened the market for TSX on November 13, 2009.

Our Partner Mr. Jason Yuan led the investment into China Carbon Graphite Group, Inc., one of China's largest producers and wholesale suppliers of fine grain and high purity graphite. The company is now publicly traded in US (Stock Symbol: CHGI).

Heracles Investment is now working on several transactions of public listing of Chinese companies in stock markets of US or Canada and fundraising.
