 Heracles Investment raised another 4.4 million Canadian Dollars through a non-brokered private placement in May 2010 for China Wind Power International Corp.

Heracles Investment  successfully raised approximately US$25 million for a Chinese wind energy company and took the company public on TSX-V on August 5, 2009.

Mr. Walter Huang, along with the Company's management and Robert Fotheringham, Senior Vice President, TMX Group opened the market for TSX on November 13, 2009.

China Wind Power International Corp. was the No. 5 largest TSXV-listed clean energy/technology company according to Hoggan & Associates Clean 10 TSXV -- 10 largest TSXV-listed clean energy/technology companies by market value Dec. 31, 2009.

Mr. Jason Yuan, Heracles' Partner, led the investment into China Carbon Graphite Group, Inc., one of China's largest producers and wholesale suppliers of fine grain and high purity graphite. The company is now publicly traded in US (Stock Symbol: CHGI).

Heracles Investment is now working on several transactions of public listing of Chinese companies in stock markets of US or Canada and fundraising.
